Hey Friends,

I hope your week is going well so far. We made it past Day Light Savings and we’re now an hour ahead again. We’ve officially past the first day of spring as well so really, we’re just cranking through this year.

And that is FINE BY ME.

I enjoy spring weather of course, but living in Houston that means we have a heavy mix of nice spring days (cool temps with low humidity) and not-so-nice days (warmer temps with high humidity). I’m not ready for the summer heat, but I can appreciate the seasons leading us back to my true loves: fall and winter.

I’ve rounded up some of my FAVE home decoration items for spring that can also transition your home from spring to summer. These items are based purely on what appeals to my taste so I recognize some may hate it and some may love it. We all have different tastes!

I like to keep our home neutral when possible with whites, light beiges, and blues. I would love to add in more greens, too. When I think of neutral blues I think of gray-ish blues and deeper hues like navy not royal or bright blues. When I think of neutral greens I think of sages, gray-ish greens, and deeper hues like hunter or forest greens.

To me, these shades of blue or green and even a mustard yellow can easily work to brighten up your home for spring and summer.

Amazon has a plethora of options when it comes to home decor and the best part about it is that most of it ships free with Prime. Shop these items from Amazon by clicking here.

Target has several brands that really appeal to the trends right now and it’s easy to find what you might want for spring and summer decorations. To shop these items at Target click here.

Kirkland’s just appeals to me all year long. I love that store! They have so much cute stuff regardless of the time of year, season, or holiday. I always want to redecorate!

Not only do I just love lanterns in general, these specifically would accommodate some cute seasonal decor around the base of the candle in the lantern. To shop these items at Kirkland’s click here.

How do you like to decorate for spring? Do you try to go with transitional items that last more than one season? I am not including holiday decorations like Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, etc. of course!

Wishing you all a wonderful day!
