Yes. And Fridays help spread Christmas cheer, too. Am I right? I feel much merrier on Fridays. Hello weekend! I hope you've all had a great week so far as you're gearing up for the weekend.
In no particular order:
Hedgehogs + ornament = hedgehog ornament and I loved this! I don't know what I like hedgehogs so much and not sure that I'd ever want one as a pet but they sorta make me squeal. Little buggars.
Dinner guests + festive gifts for the guests = merrymaking for everyone!
I put together these fun little treats when I entertained recently. I picked up little stockings at Walgreens, added in some marshmallow chocolate stir sticks, a pack of hot chocolate, a mini bottle of Baileys, a chocolate candy cane, and added some Lindt chocolates and Ghirardelli peppermint bark to each.
These pajamas I mentioned before are still a fave of mine. So festive. So cozy. They're called Snow Day Graphic Pajamas and they come in three other festive prints. If mine are sold out, do not fear. Nordstrom is bound to restock. How could they not? #bringonthemerry
My house slippers are an old pair from Old Navy, but they don't have them in red this year. You can buy identical Christmas red ones here for $40 or here for $56 or here for $100! Regardless of color, I think these make excellent gifts. They have rubber soles so you can wear them outside if needed and are comfortable to wear all year round. Check out the selection Old Navy has for $20 and that's without their usual sales.
Speaking of Old Navy, I have been wearing these Old Navy honeycomb stitch beanies a lot lately! I love them. They do not currently have them in red, but there are plenty of other colors. I have it in red, black, and wine.
Old Navy does have a faux fur knit beanie in red though. LOVE it!
Any time it rains I bust out my red rain boots. Given it's Christmas time, I thought, why not play with some mixing of patterns and wear my Christmas plaid vest? YES. Finally. I plan to wear the vest every chance possible! Plus, the BF and I enjoyed our Sunday lunch with my favorite burger in Houston.
I didn't plan to use the image on the right and hadn't ironed my shirt yet nor prepped my room by removing the box from the photo, but oh-well.
What are your favorites from the past week? Anything fun or cheery, Christmas red to share? I'll save the rest of my recent faves for a later date. I have 3 trips this month so my Friday Favorites may be a bit scattered and not precisely in date order for sharing, if I even get to share at all! 'Tis the season.
Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend ahead!
