Hello there dear friends! I am out of sync in sharing a recipe post on a Thursday, but Monday is Labor Day and I am hoping everyone will be off from work and enjoying their day. Plus, I have made three loaves of this bread so far this week and figured I should share it.

We love this bread. It is healthy, nutritious, EASY to make, and tastes/slices/toasts like regular bread. I started making this bread at the beginning of the year and it was a hit with my Knoxville family and appreciated by the hubs. I say “appreciated” because truthfully he could care less if it’s healthier or that I spent the time to make it…he’s happy with regular old, run of the mill, nasty, glutenous, carbohydrate and sugar loaded store bought bread. Bless his heart. But, he does appreciate that I make an effort to feed him healthier. #smartman

With only five ingredients, there’s really no excuse not to try this recipe and see for yourself if you like it! It freezes well and toasts perfectly. I freeze one or two slices together in sandwich bags to make it easy to grab and go!

The menu (Paleo, Whole 30, and Keto friendly): Almond Flour Bread

Shopping List

  • 5 large eggs
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat your oven to 350* F.  Coat the sides of a 8” loaf pan with coconut oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients together. That’s it!

Transfer the contents to the bread loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Allow the bread to cool, slice and serve!
