Hello weekend! Are you happy it’s here? I sure am. Today is my sister in law’s birthday and tomorrow we’re going to my cousin’s baby gender reveal! Oh my, oh my. I can’t wait to find out what they’re having! I am thinking it will be a boy and plan to wear blue. But, only God knows for now. =)))

Now, on to a few of my recent favorite things that I’m linking up to share!

This cozy shirt right here. It’s just that. COZY. I’m not a huge fan of boat neck collars on myself, but I made the exception because it was a Prime Day deal and I’m so glad I did. It’s long enough to cover my bum. Loose enough to feel relaxed. Trim enough not to feel frumpy. And soft enough to sleep in…but I’m not going to! I got it in pink and love it! It’s $24 now that it’s not Prime Day, but honestly I think it’s worth it. It will work perfectly with leggings in the fall too. #bringonfall #imready #caniwearmyfallclothesyet?

This dress is everything I’ve been needing this summer. Well, that’s a bold statement actually. But, it is an awesome find. I ordered it in two colors, but returned the white with black stripes. I struggle with stripes y’all, but I am trying. I kept the green striped one and wore it this week and was so happy. I ordered it in small and it’s a loose fit. To be honest, if I order another color (and likely will), I may try the XS just to see if it’s a better (still loose) fit. It’s so soft and cute, a great length for my 5’4” height, and I didn’t feel frumpy nor have to hold it all in. In the Houston heat, I can appreciate looser clothing. The best part?? It’s only $19!

Prymal coffee creamer.

Thank you, Instagram, for showing me an ad for this stuff. I ordered the variety pack sampler and loved each and every flavor so much that I’ve ordered it again. It’s all of the things I need in my dietary-restricted life right now.

Lorenzo’s new stroller.

Yes, I am a little over the top for my bunny babe. But, hear me out…

Our little guy has been increasingly nervous in the car. As soon as we get in he starts panting and whimpering and it just breaks my heart. I’m constantly trying to think of ways to ease his mind because I want him to be able to go places with me. I worked HARD on that when he was a baby to try to prevent this very thing! The 2-n-1 pet stroller we’ve had is awesome for running or pulling him from my bike but it’s way too big to fit into the car or take into a store. So, my thinking and hope is that I can start taking him on mini trips to the store with me again like I used to and get him to understand that good things come from car rides. They’re not always the vet, groomer, or us leaving him for a trip. I also take him to the mailbox in it. ;)

Paperbag shorts.

It’s a love-hate relationship actually. I love them on everyone else. I’m a bit leery of them on me given my height, etc. but I did finally find a second pair that I love. And to be honest, I desperately want the paperbag pants to look good on me but I’ve given up on that. =/

These INC paperbag shorts are a modest length, super soft fabric, and an easy color to pair with many things. You can see the chambray in my photo is darker than the one on the Macy’s site. Their site color is way off!

Well, that’s all I have for today. Did you have any favorite finds recently? Any fun plans for the weekend?

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend ahead!

Enjoy!

XOXO
